Returns
RESI – MODALITA’
Scrivere un'email a info@fortissima.it - fortissima@pec.it entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento dell’ordine indicando il problema e la volontà di effettuare il cambio merce o il reso.
La merce dovrà essere rispedita a Fortissima secondo le modalità descritte nella mail di risposta alla comunicazione di voler effettuare il recesso o cambio merce.
Gli articoli devono essere non lavati, mai indossati e con etichette originali. Devono essere restituiti nella loro confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo e dotazione accessoria) e della documentazione fiscale annessa.
CAMBI MERCE
Gli articoli acquistati possono essere cambiati con taglie differenti, ma non con differenti modelli, tenendo conto della disponibilità di magazzino. Tutti i cambi verranno autorizzati ed effettuati sulla base della disponibilità di magazzino.
RESI INTERNAZIONALI
Tutti i resi internazionali dovranno riportare la dicitura “Return of Italian Merchandise” sulla dichiarazione doganale. Senza questa dicitura il reso potrebbe non arrivare a destinazione o incorrere in costi aggiuntivi.
SALDI
Non si accettano resi con rimborso durante il periodo di saldi. A discrezione di Fortissima di Erika Barassi possono essere accettati resi con cambio merce (ovvero sostituzione taglia o, se non disponibile, sostituzione modello).
SPESE
La gestione e le spese di spedizione per la restituzione sono a carico del cliente. Le spese di spedizione non sono rimborsabili. La spedizione deve essere tracciabile attraverso un tracking number, in quanto Fortissima non è responsabile di ritardi o perdita dei pacchi.
RETURNS
PROCEDURE
Write an email to info@fortissima.it - fortissima@pec.it within 14 days of receiving the goods indicating the problem and the desire to exchange the goods or return.
A reply email will be send, indicating the procedures/address to return the goods to Fortissima.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original labels. They must be returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory equipment) and the attached tax documentation.
EXCHANGE GOODS
The purchased items can be changed with different sizes, but not with different models. All changes will be authorized and made on the basis of stock availability.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns must bear the wording "Return of Italian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. Without this wording, the return may not reach its destination or incur additional costs.
SALE
Returns are not accepted during the sales period. At the discretion of Fortissima, returns can be accepted with a change of goods (ie replacement of size or, if not available, replacement of model / color).
EXPENSES
The management and shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. The shipment must be traceable through a tracking number, as Fortissima is not responsible for delays or loss of packages.
